There are a number of areas to rock climb boulder near Bozeman; including Gallatin Canyon, Bozeman Pass, the Butte Area. Our camp in Hyalite Canyon is a quick drive from a number of smaller areas. The Hyalite Canyon areas include; Practice rock, Crocodile Rock and Big Zip File;
Practice rock is the most popular with its trails and anchors recently renewed.
Crocodile rock, A steep climb to the wall, most routes have top-rope anchors. Bouldering at Overhangatang Boulder is passed on the way.
Big Zip File, a less developed area.
